When Kim and Janeway are arguing, there's a nice bit of camerawork - a continuous shot which goes from the conference room to the bridge and then into Janeway's ready room.

Plotline

When Voyager stops to help a huge multi-generational starship get its warp drive working, Harry Kim risks the wrath of the ships xenophobic authorities by having an affair with one of the crew. With long-supressed tensions on the ship finally bubbling over into revolution, Janeway must tread a careful path while dealing with a rebellion of her own.
